Together we soared past our goal and raised $77,000! Thank you so much to all those who supported our Week of Giving campaign and our fundraising efforts throughout the year.

Last Saturday, April 30, in honor of Earth Day, the Dads Club hosted its Annual Spring Cleanup. BIG SHOUT OUT to all the volunteers from our Assumption Community who came and helped out!!

Assumption School is welcoming our new Junior High students and current 5th grade parents (no childcare is provided) to learn about the Assumption School transition to Junior High.

Next Monday May 2nd, the 8th grade will lead us in our annual May Crowning Mass. May Crowning is a traditional Roman Catholic ritual held during the month of May.  It is a solemn procession. At the close of the procession our church statue of the Blessed Virgin in the church is crowned with a garland or crown of flowers honoring Mary as “the Queen of May.” There is a special honor attached to the 8th graders being chosen to crown the statue.

Nolan Q. '19 succeeded in surpassing the World Record for the number of pull ups in a 24 hour period for a male in Oakland, CA. The world record was 7,715 pull ups. The unofficial count for Nolan on Sunday, April 24 morning when Mrs. Rocheford left for the day? Over 7,800! Wow, NOLAN!
