Many thanks for all of the pumpkins donated for garden projects! We will be hollowing out the pumpkins, and planting wheat grass in them for the animals to feast on. Peanut the rabbit was delighted with the first one! We will enjoy eating the roasted pumpkin seeds, and save some seeds to plant in the garden this spring.
