Assumption Cross Country 2023-24 Registration / Season Reminders

Hello X Country Families,

 

We are now into our second week of practice.

It is not too late to Sign up/Register. Please plan to bring your Forms and payment to practice today if at all possible.

Please help your runner with proper running attire (shirt, shorts and tennis shoes). It can be breeze at the Marina, good idea to bring a sweatshirt / couple of layers.

The season cost is the same as last Year, $90 per runner. Please make checks payable to Assumption School CYO. We'll collect checks at practice.

Season Schedule,

Meets are on Friday and start at 5:30pm. We need runners ready to warm up 4:50pm.

Diocesan final Meet:

• October 20

A few updates regarding practice

2.  Thursday 8/24 NO practice due to Back-to-School night at Assumption School.  We encourage everyone to go out for a run 1-2 miles. Or simply run around the block.

3.  Beginning Sunday August 27, we are having Sunday afternoon runs beginning at 3pm.  The locations are listed below.  Families are welcome to join and be part of these Sunday runs.  We'd like to see 100% participation at the Sunday workouts! We"ll add October Sunday dates/venues later on the season.
