The Assumption School Class of 2023 visited the State Capitol for a Capitol building tour and met newly elected Assemblyperson Liz Ortega who answered questions and provided selfies with our students.
Our 8th graders prepared for the trip by researching Assemblyperson Ortega’s service and platform so they could ask questions that affect their own lives. Thank you to Ed Hernandez and Mr. DelCastillo for bringing this great field trip back to Assumption School.
