Dear Parent(s),
You will all be aware that preparations have begun for the School’s Annual Live and Silent Auction, Casino Royale. This year’s event will be held in-person on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Metropolitan Golf Links in San Leandro.
The auction has become our largest fundraiser and the success of this endeavor relies solely on the support and kindness of our community, as well as the hard work from parent(s) to make this a wonderful night.
As this will be held in-person, we are seeking help from those parent(s) who want to get involved in making this a cracking event. We have a list of tasks that need filling. The list can be found on the following link:
2023 Assumption Auction VOLUNTEER HERE - Casino Royale
Please fill in your name and contact details under the “tasks” tab. There is another tab for “description” which details what is needed from each and the associated parent hours with it. I will need to know helpers by no later than November 30, please.
Not only will you be able to assist with making the night a ripper, but you can also burn up some of those family hours that are integral to being a part of the Assumption School community.
