Casino Royale Annual School Gala and Auction plans to be IN PERSON and accepting donations

Preparations are underway for Assumption School’s 34th Annual Live and Silent Auction, Casino Royale. This year’s event will be held in-person on Saturday, February 25, 2023. The auction has become our largest fundraiser and the success of this endeavor relies solely on the support and kindness of our community.

Thanks to the generosity of families, friends and businesses like yours, recent funds raised at auctions have allowed Assumption School to update classroom technology, fund a second math teacher and support play yard improvements.

Over the past 33 years it has also contributed to the building of the Msgr. Lucid Learning Center used for math, art and the Extended Care program and the construction of an ADA compliant restroom. Funds also support the general operating budget to allow for classroom enrichment programs.

The money raised in 2023 will help us to continue operating our current programs including expanding the Maker Space, Capital Improvements, Spanish, music and art for all grade levels including our Transitional Kindergarten program. In addition to these programs, we will continue to fund and update the technology for the school, both in the individual classrooms and the computer lab.

The cash donation, gift certificate or other tangible item that you contribute towards the auction will help us achieve our goal. All donations are gratefully appreciated and will be acknowledged during our event on February 25th. Your contribution to the Assumption School Auction is tax deductible!

Please complete the attached form. Return email is preferrable (address below) or mail it to the school, attention to myself, C/- Auction Committee. The deadline to receive donations is February 3, 2023.

Thank you so much for your continued support of Assumption School. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions – my details are below.
