Assumption School Picture Day scheduled for October 16

HERE IS THE LINK TO ORDER PORTRAITS

- This form must be submitted on or before Friday, October 16th. 

PLEASE READ: Procedures due to COVID-19

• The plan is that parents will drive up to the church parking lot and circle around in front of the church and then right past (PLEASE SEE MAP BELOW)
• Students with multiple siblings can come to just ONE session (no need to come to multiple times).
• Your student will be escorted out of your car to the portrait area by an Assumption volunteer and then right back to your car to head straight to out. 
• Please have your student portrait ready when you drive up.
• Students must be in full school uniform. 
• Only the students will be getting out of the car.
• All CDC guidelines will be followed including the wearing of masks and 6ft social distancing.
• Students will only remove masks when their portrait is being taken.
• Photographers and all staff will be wearing masks.
• A detailed schedule of the day is below. You may arrive any time during your time slot.
• This is a Pick Up/Drop Off Day as well. After your protrait time families can pick up or drop off supplies in the classrooms at the school. Teachers will confirm if there is anything to pick up or drop off next week. Social distancing measures will be in effect.

Please note that all students need to be in FULL school uniform for their school pictures:

• Appropriate Polo Shirt
• Navy Blue Sweater, Vest, or appropriate School Sweatshirt with the current school logo
• Navy blue shorts, pants, or the plaid skirt or jumper.
• 8th graders are asked to wear their Graduation sweatshirts. 
• All hair color must be natural and follow the school dress code.
