Online Tutoring opportunities HERE

From Neha Gupta, Assumption School Class of 2016:
Hi all! I am an Assumption and Bishop O'Dowd graduate who is starting college remotely this fall and would like to offer tutoring services to Assumption students. I can tutor in Math, English, and Reading for all grades from Kindergarten to 8th grade. This is a challenging time for students and families and I'm happy to work with your child if they need any extra support with homework, projects, or general concepts. I have attached a flyer with more information if you're interested!

From Mrs. Camille Bass, former teacher:
Interested in supplementing your child's virtual learning? You might not know that I taught 5th grade at Assumption prior to my time with the Junior High team. As such, I am well-versed in the curriculum at that level, its requisite skills, and best practices for helping children learn content at that level.

I know math can be daunting for students and parents at the middle school level, and I am here to help! Algebra, fractions, decimals...I love helping students put the puzzle together. I can also work with them on anything they are doing in their Reading/English classes (novel study, grammar skills, essays, etc.)

From Mark Coy, Mrs. Wolf's brother:
Some of you may be feeling Zoom fatigue and need a little extra help during this difficult time. I am now offering backyard tutoring to help fill the gaps. For your convenience, I can come to your backyard to provide safe, socially distant assistance. I have a PHD in biochemistry from UC Berkeley, and have experience tutoring many subjects to all ages. Because different students learn in different ways, I like to develop an individualized learning plan. I enjoy the unique journey that I go on with each tutoring client! Please see the attached flyer for more details.
